Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be sent back within 7 days of approval.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
• For cases/chargers: remove any stickers and personal data before shipping.
• Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged on arrival (DOA).

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll email you a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
3. Ship the item using a trackable service and share the tracking link.

Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Used cables/pads with visible wear.
• Customized or clearance items marked 'Final Sale'.
• Returns requested after the 15-day window.
